Uselesa MTN Contract/Retentions Department

My contract ended and by MTN rules or Policy I am supposed to Cancel the Contract after it Expires.

On the 4 Oct I wrote to MTN and up to today 18 Oct No One contacted me back.

I have been Given a Reference number and that is Just another nightmare because It is not working at all.

Perhaps MTN needs to shut their doors and let other networks take Over, The People working for MTN are passionate however their Employer Cares Not for them as well as Customers

Useless might not meet this kind of service I am getting from MTN.
