Useles MTN Business

What a debacle with MTN Business who have provided a link to one of my customers in East London. It is supposed to be a 20MBPS up and down but we are lucky to get 4MBPS. You complain and three weeks later they keep asking you to do speed tests with no results in sight. THEY keep asking what the IP is etc etc when surely they must know it, they provided the service. You also have at least 5 different departments to go through and no-one talks to each other. If it was not a contract the customer would have cancelled ages ago
