Usage limit
Mtn increased my contract minutes usage limit without my approval now I was billed extra, debit order bounced i sent quiry, extra money reversed without informing me my network line is closed now and ny airtime ws keep on disappearing wenbu call 173 der always say u subscribed wheather u neber joiked anythng

The below sms was sent to all affected customers in October /November 2018 advising customers that the usage limit will change. Y’ello! Avoid bill shock & the hassle of recharging by setting the MTN usage limit on your account to an amount that suites your pocket. For your convenience we have set your usage limit to R***. To decline your new limit SMS ‘NO’ to 30246. T&Cs apply Due to non- response from a customer, we set the customer limit to the recommended amount of R***. Which is calculated on usage per number? Your limit has now been set to R0.00 for further information you can call 135. Rest assured it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
