Usage Limit
This is now ridiculous and irritating, I guess because I did not take my business away and instead reluctantly decided to upgrade due to my loyalty in a brand not deserving I somehow encouraged the poor and reckless service I am receiving.<br> The issue of usage limit and inconvenience with which it is results is still continuing till this after 12 months of regularly reporting the issue and even visiting a branch office.<br> <br> Either someone who is supported to make this usage limit at MTN does not know how to do it or the system is *******ed because I just logged in on MTN Active account and find the usage limit report very pecu**** with a regular R10 increase on usage limit with source \USSD". The same source reflects even when the limit is set at zero. I have never changed any limit on my number myself and always called the 808 for this exercise because I had the same problem in 2014 which took months to be resolved.<br> <br> Here is the short extract from the usage limit<br> <br> USSD R 1"
