[URL Removed] Offline?

Since the morning of 24 June (yesterday), I have been unable to send e-mails via MTN's [URL Removed] mail server. I called the Call Centre and after 20 minutes got an operator, only to be told that this is a \technical problem"that she is unaware of and she will transfer me to the technical department"
