URGRADE GREMLINS
My wife upgraded her cellphone contract 0n 15 July 2013. In July 2014 she requested a migration to a higher package which was approved. Her upgrade date according to MTN's upgrade policy is March 2015. The contract was a Nashua Mobile contract which was taken over by MTN sometime last year. Mtn is refusing to allow my wife to upgrade as they maintain that she is not due for an upgrade. We have emailed the contract proving that the last upgrade was done in July 2013, we have spoken to various people at mtn. No one ever gets back to us and still we cannot get the upgrade done.
