Urgently in need of the clearance letter

Good morning I had called in at the store where I had opened a ***** case for an investigation on 19 Feb to find out the status of the investigation. I was told that the case has been declared a ***** and I requested a clearance letter. The agent at the store told me should will put in my request and it will take about 48 hours. I am really in need of this letter as I need to submit it to a service provider as proof that the case was indeed *****.
