I made a paid up payment for mtn to nudept of R14.894 69 on 28th march already.They KP on and in me sms's saying I didn't make a payment which I have Nd snt dem proof of payment,al I need from them is to allocate da payment nd clear my name at credit bearea cz I can't tke out a loan or open accounts due to MTN dat didn't allocate my account yet.I need a confirmation letter sayin dat my account has been pd up Nd clear my name ASAP cz i mus tke it to FNB tomorrow or Saturday early mrnin,I've been phoning MTN,nudept Nd vericred since March Nd Dy andin me to ph here den there den here den there nd I'm still sitting at da same spot,Then vericred is also telling me I owe them R9000 for mtn,pls help me wat to do as I need da confirmation letter or paid up letter ASAP
