Urgent help needed with blacklisted phone.

We need some assistance urgently. We have been trying to un-blacklist our phone that was lost, and now found but have not had any joy with MTN for months.

We have been in touch with the call centre and MTN stores since March this year, but feel like our need for assistance is being ignored or not being resolved.
