Urgent Complaint: MTN Home Internet Failure

Dear MTN,

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the home internet service provided by MTN. Despite paying for a functional router, it consistently fails to deliver the promised service. I am currently without any internet access despite having paid for it. This lack of reliability is unacceptable. I demand immediate resolution or a refund for the inadequate service provided.
