Urgent- BAD SERVICE AND DISHONESTY

An amount of ZAR 1039.01 was taken out of my account on the 27 Sep... My invoice is only usually ZAR 619.00? I then queried this with your call centre ref- ********** 09. Still no feedback.

I then called back today as what told this is because my account has never been up to date since 2012. I mean this totally unacceptable! Im been with you guys for years and have had numerous upgrades? Ref for the call ********** 37

I want the additional amount reversed asap OR i will cancel my contract with you guys and never you ever again.

I've never had such bad service in my life.

I want someone to call me TODAY- ********** 786
