Urgent assistance required please.
MTN are ******, I'm due for an upgrade on my Data Package. I received a call and was upgraded with an incorrect contract that I have not agreed to. I need this sorted out ASAP. I am expecting a call from a manager to sort this out, if not please cancel the contract for me to go to another network for better service. MTN Everywhere You Go.....you should change your slogo cause you are ****** and your customer service sucks.

Please contact me regarding my Data Package and if you are not willing to assist please cancel this contract with immediate effect. MTN is the worst mobile network I can’t believe I’ve been with you since 1996, I am completely appalled and disgusted with your service really.
