Urgent Assistance

I think this should be the first and the last time i receive such a service from a MTN consultant working for HRV Repair Centre i inquired about the status of my Cell Phone since i sent it for repairs she told me that they received my phone 2 days ago whilst I have proof that my phone was received on the 23rd via email and also added that i must give them 2 weeks and call again not knowing that i sent them a special request that they must fast track the repair because i use the phone for work purposes and i expressed that this is an inconvenience to me i really want this complaint to be taken into consideration i am very not happy and i need the phone urgently that's why i sent the request.
