URGENT!!!
MTN, you guys are extremely inconsiderate, unprofessional, extremely rude and the worst people to speak to in your contact centre. You guys have no way of being punctual, immediately when the call is answered, the tone in your voice dictates that you not in the mood....if you don't want to speak to your clients in a respectful manner and professional manner, then why not quit your damn job???because you are the one who app**** for the job in the first place!!!

You guys are lazy to go and look for all the necessary information required to get your job done and avoid backlash as best as possible!! I'm not at all impressed by this ridiculous service you guys offer.
