upsetting
<p>I contacted mtn customer service for advice on terminating my contract as I wasn't getting billed or notifications regarding my account. Now as I explained to the gentlemen (lebo) over the phone that I took out my contract with autopage and since they no longer exist my contract moved over to mtn but since then I wasn't receiving any billing info, the line just went silent and after like maybe 10 seconds the call dropped. I wasn't a customer venting or complaining over the phone, all I wanted to know was if I could cancel my contract and what would it cost me. I was too embarrassed to call back and knew if I would I'd probably scream at that person. Not too impressed with the serviced I received.</p>

R179.12 x 3=R537.36 + R369.00 for the un-billed invoice= R548.12 + R 4,556.39 for the outstanding balance on the account this balance includes the October invoices.
The estimated early termination fee is :
R537.36+R369.00 + outstanding balance R4556.39=RR5462.75

Form: ABSA DEPOSIT SLIP/DEPOSITO STROKIE
Beneficiary Name: MTN SP
Beneficiary Account Number: ***
Branch Code: 632005
Deposit Reference: Your MTN cell phone number or your MTN account number.
Only one of the above mentioned reference numbers must be entered on the deposit slip. That will ensure correct allocation of payments to your MTN SP account unless incorrectly received on bank statement. (C***)
