Upset Mtn customer 😒

Mtn did not change my plan has requested in December 2023 when I took my contract.I have been coming up and down to the store using extra expenses has the store in Pavillion, durban cannot seem to assist or provide any feedback at all...The sales consultant was suppose to keep me update but I was never updated .But my account is always updated when it comes to installments every month...I have 2 contracts with MtN and on the verge of canceling all due to this pathetic customer service...
