upset customer

i am really upset i cant even make a loan at a financial institution,because of them taking late payment or not taking there payments on time im still waiting on the call back decembers payment was taken 3 days after they said it wont happen again and i was promised it would be escalated to complaints but nothing was done im frustrated been with there network for over 10 yrs as a prepaid customer ,im really upset the standards of services is really upsetting and what makes it worse there apology is not sincere at all dont keep to there promises and dont make me feel like a loyal customer that joined from prepaid to contract ****ty 6 month contract i have .
