Upset and Cheated Cutomer

Super disappointed right now. I upgraded my phone online to the new galaxy note 10+ but it didnt give me the option to include the watch which I really wanted and didnt know you had to offer. When I look in store you have it with the phone so why didnt I get my watch too? Please can someone contact me about this I am really upset. I have been with you guys for over 7 years, please can someone assist me?
