Upset!!!
I signed up for a contract deal with MTN which was advertised in their brochure. It was the Easter Mega Deals 40gb, 20gb anytime data & 20gb nighttime data. However for the past 2 months I have not been receiving my data and everytime I follow up with MTN I keep getting lots of reference numbers that are never resolved. I also visit mtn stores to get copies of my contracts however I'm always told that I need to go back to the store I started the contract with. If I'm paying for something that has been advertised it shouldn't be a hassle getting my product. Mtn has been horrible fixing my contract.
