Upgrading contract without consent and not interested in reversing their decision

I received a call from Rewardsco which is an agent of MTN to upgrade a contract which had expired. The salesperson spoke so fast that I requested her to email me the particulars which she agreed to do. This did not happen and within a day or two my phone had no data and I received a new contract via email and a call from a courier company to deliver my new SIM card. I rejected both of these. I have made numerous calls both to Rewardsco and to MTN to reverse the contract to its prior state. This has not happened despite around 10 phone calls and numerous emails to MTN. I was given the reference no. ********** 24 by one of the managers at MTN. Emailing the reference number to them has not even solicited a reply that they are doing anything about it.I have left messages for a Manager, Nadia by speaking to a consultant on 0831 808 and have been promised that she will contact me. I am still waiting. The moral of the story is MTN does not care at all about customers and if Rewardsco or any other MTN agent calls you to talk about an upgrade just put down the phone otherwise they may just carry on and change your contract without your permission. This frustration has been going on for over 10 days and I am no further forward. Someone please help!
