Upgrades on our account - faulty devices
Good Day,
I upgraded on our account on number *** in December 2015 to a Huawei P8 lite. In January 2016 I had to take my phone to Bedfordview (Huawei offices) to have the motherboard changed. I had to wait for 3 weeks if MTN sends the phone in for repairs that is why I drove myself. Bedford view is less then 30 kms from Springs.
I upgraded another 2 phones in January 2016 on our same account to Huawei P8 lite. Again now I have to take the phone to Bedfordview to have the motherboard changed. Both times it was because the phone would not connect to wifi.
Is this the standard of mtn? Who will refund me my petrol money if I have to do MTN's work for them?
