Upgrades

Good day. I've been struggling since 8 May to upgrade 2 numbers on my account. I spoke to Desmond Coetzee whom advised me that it's a system related issue. Put up to today I had no feedback from Desmond with regards to my upgrades. Phoned in several time just to be advised that Desmond will come vack to me. It's now 22d days without upgrades or feedback. Please resolve this as a matter of urgency. Thank Roelien .
