Upgrades

Very irritated with the upgrades. MTN has been phoning me non-stop to remind me that I can upgrade but when I finally do it, so many the options that are advertised, are not available. It's not the consultant's fault obviously. Why bother advertising all the packages if the phones are not available. I actually overheard a consultant complain to a customer about how stressed out the consultant is because they are the middle-man who has to take the "beating" from angry customers when they cannot supply the phones/watches, etc that are advertised. It's a waste of time going in and waiting around, just to be told "sorry, we don't have stock".
