Upgraded to 36 and not 24 months

THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mtn Summer called and upgraded my contract without informing me during call that they had changed to 36 months from 24 months.

I have requested that this be reversed so that i can do it over 24 months and MTN has just fobbed me off.

Below are some of the interactionds i have had with MTN and MTN Summer over the last month trying to get this issue resolved.

MTN Summer spoke to vincent on multiple occoasions on 25 August and again on 13 September and again on the 20th September.

Have been in to the Pavillion store twice.

********** 51 Noma Ntuli Emailed retentions and asked me to call back next day.

19 September 10:54

Called retentions and spoke to Thami ********** 22 who said it should be cancelled in 2 - 24 hours.

20 September 12:46

Called retentions and got cut off after 40 min.

Called back Spoke to Meo who transfered me to Victor who hung up on me after an hour long call after saying they cant cancel the 36 month upgrade because the warehouse had not recieved the stock back yet after 25 days ???

What will happen when the debit order runs for somthing i have not signed for or used who will sort out that issue ?????

I have now lost all faith in MTN and their upgrade partner MTN Summer.

DO NOT DEAL WITH ANYTHING MTN RELATED!!!!!!!!! They will only cause you issues and ***** your money.
