Upgraded telephonically but no handsets recieved

Upgrade was done on my two numbers (telephonically)...two mobile handsets were promised after months of negotiations( since February 2015)...no action...still nothing received to date. Samsung S4 or similar and Samsung A5 were promised after previous attempts to deliver phones failed due to all kinds of excuses including \out of stock and discontinued handsets"...then service suspensions started after I refused to pay...visited both stores at Mall@Carnival several times only to be advised to go to head-office in 14th ave and demand to see the CEO...imagine the frustration if the staff can't even deal with your complaint...even the e-mails from the stores were returned as the customer care and staff e-mail address to Corporate Business Operations were full...I have all the documentation. Eventually customer care contacted me on 07/07/2015...since then just delaying computerized correspondence and still nothing...<br> """
