Upgraded - still no open line

During upgrade I was promised that I will have my open line back like it was with MTN. Therefore I dont have to cancel or move my contract.

I phoned in but everyone refers me to someone else and wants to give me another nr to phone. Totally inefficient. Pity that Autopage is not in business anymore, never had problems. Terribly disappointed and regretful.
