Upgraded my lines without my consent

Such a terrible news that i received from MTN , without my consent my 3 contract numbers are upgraded in KZN, what a terrifying to know, i couldnt believe my self how MTN upgraded my lines , i strongly believe its within the company they committing this type of *****, i need answers with in 24 hours. otherwise i will take it to legal.
