Upgraded for a laptop package since May haven't recieved it even now

I upgraded on line on 15May 2017 to a laptop package even now have not recieved the laptop when I call for my upgrade to be cancelled they transfer me to different departments I end up holding the phone playing mosaic music for 3 to 4hours last week i went to Wonderboom Mtn because knowing it's a direct Mtn Shop I thought they Will have a way of helping me to cancel my contract because every month it's deducts money but they also faced with the same problem as us Customers the guy from Mtn dialled (808) and he was put through and ended up holding for 3hours which really bad and there's was no other way he could help me. I ended up leaving without getting help because I couldn't sit there for the whole day. This is ridiculous experience .
