Upgraded contract MTN contract and MTN has not delivered the phone 2 weeks later

I upgraded my contract with MTN and was supposed to received a new iPhone with the package. The courier was hi-jacked and so I never received my phone and MTN does nothing about it except "escalate it". They are happy to bill me the new contract price but are not bothered in delivering the hardware which is part of the contract. The staff are hopelessly useless and have no interest in resolving the issue. Since reporting this on Hellopeter I was contacted by Kabelo Brett Mosimanyane but he to has done nothing! THEY ARE A DISGRACE!
