UPGRADED CONTRACT AND NOW NO STOCK

<p>On about the 18th of November I received a call from Hagashni Naidoo who I beleive is situated in Durban. She explained to me that she could assist me in upgrading my contract as they had one IPhone 6 in stock as this is the handset that I wanted and that fell within my price range. On 31 November which is about 9 working days later, I had not heard anything about the delivery of my handset and decided to call in and query this. My call was then routed through to Hagashni who in turn called me back but I missed her call. My husband however took the call and was informed that I have not yet received my new handset as there is currently no stock - the story was different suddenly. I feel like I have been misled with incorrect information as I now have to still wait for heaven knows how long whilst already paying for an item I do not have! I would like the person attending to this complaint to retrieve the conversation between myself and Hagashni to confirm that I have been given incorrect information and would like this matter resolved urgently!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
