Upgraded but no device delivered!!!

I was due for an upgrade in June - on my first attempt i was told by the agent that there was no stock of the devise I wanted to upgrade to and that she will call me when they do have stock available. Well that call never came. I called a week later and upgrade was supposedly done...i was told that i would receive a confirmation SMS confirming the upgrade...again never happened. I called two days later only to be told that the upgrade can't be seen on the system...another promise of a call back... Last Tuesday (21st) i called again and explained the chain of events to date...agent i spoke to said she will call the first agent that i spoke to and try to resolve from there...to my utmost surprise i did get a call back...upgrade process redone and was promised that i will receive my new devise on Thursday (23rd)....i only received the confirmation SMS on Thursday! I called today to follow up on the whereabouts of the device and the agent could not give an explanation and was promised yet another call back.... I JUST WANT AN HONEST RESPONSE!!!WHERE IS MY NEW DEVICE!!!
