Upgraded but no delivery

I upgraded on the 3rd of August 2017. My upgrade was done telephonically, Nivita ensured me that they have stock and delivery will take place soon. Today is the 15th of August and my parcel is not even with the courier company. This is absurd, why is it taking sooo long. When I phone MTN they say it is with the courier company, when I phone the courier company they say it is still with MTN. No one knows what the hell is going on. I need this sorted out ASAP!!!
