Upgraded but no 30Gb of data received
On 17 Feb, I upgraded my phone and as part of deal I would receive 30gb of data.
Still waiting, phoned call centre a few times (808), still no data.
Reference number 1- ********** 0874
They keep telling me it will be loaded but it is just not happening.
Please I need this resolved.
