Upgraded 4 weeks ago. Still no delivery of phone.

I upgraded my contract over 4 weeks ago. To date I have not received my new upgrade, nor have I received any further contact from MTN other than an SMS to say that my contract was successfully upgraded. Every effort to contact MTN and resolve this issue has failed!!!
