Upgrade - wrong customer information

I was due for an upgrade the 1st October 2015. Over that period was working in Cape Town and went to the MTN store in V&A waterfront.<br> I requested for an upgrade Samsung Note 5 and the lady instore told me that it has not been release yet. They said I have go with the Note 4. After a week I returned to Johannesburg to see that October month special is the Samsung Note 5. I have contact Mtn and explained the process and they told me to go back where I upgrade my phone. I also send a mail to MTN with no success.<br> I think the only way is wait my period of contract and close all my account after more than 15 years with MTN. <br>
