Upgrade without permission.

I am very disappointed in MTN, my contract was upgraded without my permission. Even after sending them a mail (Customer Care) with the information they (Mpho) requested they have not cancelled the upgrade. I also send mail to Complaints and they are also not responding to my email. I did not give permission to upgrade the contract. This is also the second time I have trouble with MTN upgrading without my permission.
