Upgrade without notice

<p>I tried to cancel my ****** simcard ad cancel contract as well as there is much better services available 3 years after initial contract. </p> <p>Went to MTN shop in Kolonade. </p> <p>The person told me they are a Franchise and cannot help me. </p> <p> </p> <p>I went to another "Franchise" and they helped me to get the information needed. This was Wonderboom Branch in Lavender road. What a good experience there. Thank you Elna. </p> <p> </p> <p>Elna send mails and enquired from Kgosi when upgrade was aparently done. </p> <p>Asked for recording and proof as I have never upgraded my data account. </p> <p>This was done on Thursday 22 Sept. </p> <p>I received feedback today that they must do the upgrade from the Branch side. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is not acceptable and I want feedback from senior person in MTN call centre. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
