Upgrade with no handset after 2 months+
My wife upgraded her contract a little over 2 months ago. She wanted the BB 9720, which they didn't' have stock of. After a lenghty wait, they eventually got stock, and proceeded with the upgrade, but, the first delivery ended up in Centurion, in a street that doesn't even exist, after the asked them MTN to deliver it to MTN in Kolonnade shopping centre So, she decided to order a new phone again, after spending 20 minutes spelling out the address, they contacted her at 19H00 3 weeks ago, and still no phone. I have spent about 5-6 hours on the phone being transfered from one place to another, with no answers. All I want to know is WHEN WILL SHE GET THE PHONE?!?!?!?!?!?!
