upgrade what when??

for more than 2 weeks I have been trying to get my upgrade sorted. Being transferred from 1 agent to the next and still not getting this resolved. Approval took place on 14th Dec already but still waiting. Really bad customer service. Perhaps time to change network after +15yrs :-(
