upgrade & transfer fail

About 3 weeks ago (16 September) I requested that my contract be changed to a business contract to secure a LG G8x phone which was available at the time. Due to a delay somewhere in the chain my request was only processed yesterday, and now the phone I wanted is no longer available. Due to current financial constraints I cannot exceed my monthly budget limit of R700. I need my account moved back to my name please ASAP so that I can pursue the upgrade elsewhere.
