upgrade took forever

I did an upgrade at mtn corporate in november, and i have been calling and calling being taken up and down by consultants.when i called in december they said the phone is with couriers i must call them.i did call Rtt the couriers company and they told me they took back the phone bwcause the address was incorrect. I was never contacted by either Mtn or Rtt to let me know the addresss is wrong.i had to call back tofind out whats happening thats when i was taken back an forth by Mtn. I asked to speak to the team leader or manager i was told they are not there, and they will escalate the matter and call me back. I never received a call from them since. In january i called again as i saw they tried to debit my account with the upgraded amount but i have not received the device yet,and they tell me they are waiting for the distribution date the is nothin they can do. I REALLY DONT APPRECIATE THE SERVICE OF MTN CORPORATE IS SO BAD THAT I DONT KNOW IF THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL OR WHAT.IM BUYING FROMTN THEY SEND ME TO RTT. Is that SERVICE?<br> <br>
