upgrade to huawei mate 10 pro

I am so disgusted with mtn, my contract is due for renewal and I asked to be given a list of cell that I can choose from, I got the list and chose a phone, the lady who is helping did the application for me and said that they will order the phone for since they don't have stock. A week later I receive a call from her telling me that the phone has been discontinued. How unprofessional is this company, I mean if one makes an application shouldn't the system alert them that their phone is no longer available, I mean even on their website the phone is still advertised. This is pathetic because Telkom has the phones and mnt don't have.
