Upgrade to a higher package of data

I recently upgraded my data contract with mtn from 60GB day and 60GB night which I was paying R260 monthly to 100GB day only which they said I will be paying +/- R360 monthly but I am only receiving 70GB. I logged a query on the 12/05/2025 with ref no. : BO*** and they told me that it will take 3-5 working days, after 5 days I started doing follow ups with no win instead I received another ref no. : *** from the 5 calls I made for the follow up only today a lady told me that my query was supposed to be attended by the department that assisted me to do the upgrade and she provided me with number to call their service is very bad. Kindly assist
