Upgrade time
What a pleasurable experience! I always dreaded upgrading my cell phone contract, but this time was different. Mpho Mokonyane from the MTN store in Mall@Reds, you are an example to anyone interacting with clients. Friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I hope you will be there for my next upgrade!
