Upgrade Telefonically
On the 26/11/2015 I phoned the *** to upgrade. Spoken to Mncedisi Ntuli to upgrade to the LG Spirit/ my choice 110. We covered all the information he requested and he said that I wil receive my phone in 3-5 working days. I am still waiting. After many calls made again they everytime say I will receive it the day I call. This is unacceptable. The MTN shops in Witbank (Highveld Mall) excuse is always.\Sorry waiting for stock or they still have to unpack the stock. So I thought to do it telephonically will be better
