Upgrade taking over a month

I requested un upgrade on my contract on 28th March, till today i have not received the phone. Every time i call im told i will be receiving my phone in two days. No one calls or gives an update None of the emails are responded to. There is absolutely no communication They are worse than *********** to say the least Im so frustrated. MTN service is the worst
