Upgrade taking 6 week?

Still trying to upgrade since 2 May 2020. Your representatives are unable to do their work and everyone is passing the buck. Customers cannot even get a manager or Supervisor to contact them back after requesting this for 4 weeks. All I want is a representative to contact me and say we will sort this out.
