Upgrade srew-up/MTN Shop Wonderboom Junction, Pretoria North

I have been waiting for an upgrade on a contract to be cancelled by the MTN Wonderboom Junction shop in Pretoria for more than a week now, and have been given the run around and not getting any answers. I never even took ownership of the phone or tablet that the contract was upgraded to, as I specifically asked if the tab will have a stylest and when I went there to collect, it did not. The shop is suppose to cancel this upgrade so that I can do the upgrade on a phone with a stylest. I have been waiting a week now, without anyone being able to give me any answers or giving me a timeframe as to when this will be done. I have never had such poor customer services in more than 20 years that I have been a customer with MTN
