UPGRADE ****/NOT TRUE FULL INFOMATION

Dear MTN,

I received news that I'm due for an upgrade, and nothing else was mention, getting to the MTN store all excited... the lady is informing me that MTN has changed they offer an early upgrade but you need to pay for your old device.. i was like WHAT?? yes sir you need to pay R480 odds rands to upgrade now else you must wait till January. No where was sit stated that i need to pay in in order to upgrade, I'm considering ending my contract coming January as this is utter bs, state that MTN now offers a early upgrade charges apply or something in this line, don't trick people into thinking MTN is this great they offering and upgrade...
