Upgrade ****

I got a call from Mondo saying that I am due for an upgrade, my upgrade was processed and new device delivered, what the agent failed to mention was that I would have to pay a R1500 early termination fee, I got the shock of my life when this was debited from my account at the end of the month, May I please get a refund as I would of never agreed to the upgrade had I been told of this fee!
